High purity titanium sponge → Vacuum melting and ingot casting → Forging of billets → Hot rolling → Finishing and straightening → Stress-relief annealing → Surface pickling/polishing → Dimensional inspection → Non-destructive testing → Cutting to length → Packaging and shipment.
