How is the structure of titanium elbow rationally designed?

       The Titanium Alloy elbow includes an elbow body. The two ends of the elbow body are respectively provided with port one and port two. The elbow body is composed of a titanium-based alloy layer, a sound insulation layer and an iron-based alloy layer from the inside to the outside. The thickness of the titanium-based alloy layer is 2.5mm, the thickness of the sound insulation layer is 3.5mm, the thickness of the iron-based alloy layer is 4mm, and the bending angle of the elbow body is 155-165 degrees.
 
 
      Among them, the bending angle of the titanium elbow body is 159°, which makes the fluid flow smoother and less likely to be blocked; the titanium-based alloy layer, sound insulation layer and iron-based alloy layer are combined to form an integrated structure.
In order to make this product more effective, a dredge is provided at the bend of the elbow body, and a sealing nut is threadedly connected to the outer end of the dredge. Port one and port two are both equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings. The outer walls of port one and port two are made by welding connecting convex rings.
 
      By adopting the above technical solution, the structural setting is reasonable, the titanium-based alloy layer has high strength, is not easy to deform, has good corrosion resistance, and has a long service life; the sound insulation layer makes the titanium elbow good sound insulation, and the fluid passing through the elbow has low noise; the bending angle of the elbow body is set reasonably, the fluid flows smoothly and is not easy to be blocked.
