What Is Gr2 Titanium Slip On Flange?

This Titanium Sheet type butt weld flange is forged from a single titanium billet and precision machined using CNC technology; it is classified as a pipeline flange fitting. After the pipe is inserted into the flange’s inner bore, it is secured via fillet welds, allowing for easy installation and removal. It is used for removable, sealed connections between pipelines and equipment.

The primary materials are TA1/TA2 (Gr1/Gr2 pure Titanium Material), though TA10 and TC4 (Gr5) Titanium Alloy is also available upon request. These Titanium Flange is resistant to chloride ions, strong acids, and seawater corrosion; they are lightweight and non magnetic, making them suitable for medium and low pressure highly corrosive process pipelines.
